nextlane® only processes personal data if there is a valid reason for doing so. Under the GDPR, there are a number of reasons, so-called “principles”, that justify the processing of personal data. The principles that nextlane® uses when processing personal data are:

2. Data that we collect and process

When you visit our websites

You are free to visit and explore our websites without providing any personal information about yourself. When you fill out a contact form, we ask you to provide personal information about yourself and we collect navigation information.

nextlane® uses cookies and other technology to increase your online ease of use and to determine how you use the site, so that we can improve the quality of our services and website.

View, adjust or delete data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organisation mentioned by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black in this copy.
