1. Reasons for processing
nextlane® only processes personal data if there is a valid reason for doing so. Under the GDPR, there are a number of reasons, so-called “principles”, that justify the processing of personal data. The principles that nextlane® uses when processing personal data are:

2. Data that we collect and process
When you visit our websites
You are free to visit and explore our websites without providing any personal information about yourself. When you fill out a contact form, we ask you to provide personal information about yourself and we collect navigation information.

This refers to any information that you voluntarily provide to us that personally identifies you, including contact information, such as your name, email address, company name, telephone number, bank account number and other information about yourself or your company. Personal information may also include information about visitor type, both prospect and customer, and information about you that is available on the Internet, such as from Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google, or publicly available information that we obtain from service providers. View, adjust or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by nextlane® and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organisation mentioned by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@nextlaneagency.nl. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks. As nextlane®, we would also like to point out that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. You can do this via this link.
Changes to the privacy statement
nextlane® evaluates its privacy statement often and at regular intervals. We may adjust our privacy statement, for example in connection with changed laws and regulations.
