Time for a battle plan! We started with an analysis of the current situation, looking into areas for improvement in both campaigns and the webshop. We identified ample opportunities on both fronts to make significant strides. To address this, we developed a strategic plan and built a business case to demonstrate the potential impact of a new webshop on Burkely’s revenue. This business case, combined with a strategic marketing plan, paved the way for the initiation of both components.
We had a hand in shaping the design of the new webshop and were closely involved in the development processes to ensure both technical and visual aspects aligned seamlessly. This ranged from setting up data layers for tracking to addressing technical SEO points. In parallel, we worked on enhancements in tracking, website content, campaigns, and advertisements, and delved into integration with Channable.
